At Edil San Felice we strive to create a workplace that is as human, ethical and transparent as possible — a place where work is a smooth journey with no curves and no potholes. By resolution of the Board of Directors, we have adopted our own organization, management and control model: a framework of rules, tools and protocols that allows us to identify and prevent any unlawful conduct — in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01 — and to reduce the risk of crimes being committed.
To achieve this, we have launched training, communication and information activities within the company for all staff, as suggested by the decree. We have identified the topics of the training programs and mapped out all the key points to know: principles, regulations, sanctions, and the behaviors to adopt.
We have also set up the Supervisory Body as a guarantee. When it comes to training, we leave no one behind: we involve all collaborators, both inside and outside the company.
And for those working in specific risk areas, in the supervisory body or in internal control roles, we are even more rigorous and uncompromising in ensuring compliance with the rules. We want the company to travel safely and smoothly, and for this reason we also want to be sure that everyone who works with us is aware of the rules contained in our Code of Ethics and of the behaviors to adopt towards those who interact with us every day — whether they are customers, partners or suppliers.
