In our management team there are more women than men, most of them under forty. Among them are also women who chose to return to their homeland and bring their skills to our company, despite their studies and career opportunities abroad — a great source of pride for us.
And we don’t stop there: at Edil San Felice we have also launched campaigns and initiatives that enable women to network, strengthen skills and relationships, and put forward innovative projects and ideas that add value not only to the company but also to their own lives.
